1. Introduction.
Modern conditions of market relations stimulate economic activity of all forms of agribusiness, ensuring their independence, freedom of choice of partners, etc. At the same time, competition pushes every business entity to continuous improvement of the production process, to find new ways to reduce costs, improve production efficiency and search for new markets.
Over the past twenty years, significant changes have taken place in Ukraine in the institutional and territorial-sectoral structure of the agricultural sector production of the economy; It is believed that the territorial structure of production is a conservative phenomenon, and in the time aspect - stable, the sectoral structure of agricultural production is determined by the existing natural conditions, the institutional structure - the historical conditions and economic policy of the state.
The institutional transformations of the agrarian sector of the economy taking place in the transition period have formed a market model of agriculture, which is multi-elemental and diverse and requires new, unique approaches by the business entity.
